It is the airy living area in black and white that acts as the intermediate zone between the new kitchen and the outdoors and bright pops of red purple orange and yellow give the interior a playful twist. A crisp black and white color scheme (a visual reinterpretation of salt and pepper) sets the backdrop while colorful décor and brilliant wall art provide the necessary sparkle.
The living area also contains the kitchen and dining room with two bedrooms four bathrooms and a balcony with infinity pool completing the lavish getaway. But this is a residence that is more about its architectural brilliance than just extravagant space!
The lowest level of the house contains the living space with the second and third floor featuring the master suite additional bedrooms and workspaces. The top floor with Jacuzzi the roof terrace and a fun toy room complete this remarkably creative dwelling.
The main features of the revamped house are the wooden deck the new family zone and the kids’ playroom that interact with one another to create one large activity space that the entire family can enjoy.
While the rear of the cottage opens up onto a wooden deck next to the lake the street façade still offers ample privacy. The style of the renovation was based on woodsy mountain homes in Colorado and some of the wooden finishes were even brought in to achieve this unique look indoors.
